Greg Harris is co-founder and principal of Harris Financial Services and a member of the Tyler-Stone Group network of financial consultants.
Greg received his Bachelor of Arts from Capital University in 1994 with a double major in International Business and Political Science. In 1998, he received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Case Western Reserve University. He developed a passion for working with families and individuals on their investments, tax planning, insurance, and estate planning while working at a large accounting firm. This led him to begin his career as a financial advisor in 2000. He worked for two different broker-dealers before selecting LPL Financial as his broker-dealer and establishing Harris Financial Services in 2005.
Greg believes that the combination of his MBA, law degree, and public accounting experience enable him to bring a unique perspective and skill set to clients seeking a holistic approach to addressing their financial goals. He focuses on helping to implement cohesive strategies across his clients' investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning needs, employing his Five Step HFS Consultative Process. This process provides clients with a better understanding of how financial market activity, market risk, fees and other factors can be managed to help preserve and potentially grow a lifetime of financial assets.
A Cleveland native, Greg feels fortunate to be a part of this vibrant and dynamic community. He credits his wife, Debra, for the integral role she played in helping to establish Harris Financial Services and her ongoing work as Chief Growth Officer.
